Rates
Fees are determined at time of walk through and depends on many variables such as square footage, number of stories, bathrooms etc and the condition of the home/apartment. It also depends on the type of cleaning, such as move-outs, hotel lobbies, etc.
Wizard is compatible with the majority of cleaning companies in our area, and go over and above what you would normally get for you money.
How We Determine Our Rates?
You can be assured that we are providing you with a great house cleaning value. We periodically review our house cleaning competitors rates to insure that we are rates are comparable to theirs.
House cleaning services have 2 primary ways of charging you, (and paying their employee) for the cleaning; either by the job, or by the hour. This means that the employees are paid more based on how fast they get out of your home.
The problem with this business model, is the potential for the employees rushing through the cleaning to get in and out as fast as possible to get the highest possible hourly wage (e.g. surface cleaning).
We pay our employees a fair hourly wage from start to finish, and their wages do not increase if they rush through cleaning your home. We reward our employees based on the quality of the job and the satisfaction of our clients. Employee raises are based on merit.
How to make payment.
Payment is due at the time of service. Unless other arrangements are made.
We accept Cash or Checks.
Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 processing fee.
Late payment
Payment is due at time of service. $25 charge for payments received more than 10 days after date of service.
Late fees accrue at $19 per month for balances under $250, $39 per month for those above $250.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
No charge for cancellations or rescheduling made with 24-hour notice.
$75 charge for cancellations, $50 charge for rescheduling made with less than 24-hour notice.
