What if Something was Missed and I am Unhappy with a Cleaning?
Please call us within 24 hours if something was missed during your cleaning. We try very hard to please our clients, but sometimes we do make mistakes. We guarantee our services, so we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.
What if I Forget the Team is Coming to Clean my House or Office?
We call all our clients the day before the scheduled cleaning to remind them of their cleaning appointment. If the team is dispatched, drives to your home, and we can't get in to clean, a $45.00 trip fee will be assessed. This is a minimal fee that is in place to cover the cost of our transportation, and our employee wages as they travel to and from your home.
Please call us to cancel prior to the scheduled cleaning day to avoid this charge.
Our uniformed house cleaning professionals are employees, not sub-contractors and are paid wages, so they will not be in a hurry and they will do a fantastic job because they are not trying
to get to the next job.
Our professional cleaners are carefully screened and evaluated on an on-going basis to assure the very best house-cleaning service for our customers. To minimize turnover, our employees are paid above average wages and receive bonuses based on your feedback.
Who supplies the cleaning supplies?
We arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home or building sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered soft cotton towels to clean with. You'll be happy to know that many of our products are earth friendly and/or either unscented or low scented.
How do we gain access to your home?
Wizards must be able to access your home to be able to do our magic. There are three choices:
You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your residence.
You may meet the cleaner. If you wish to meet the cleaner, we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs.
By far, the most easiest and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key. That way you don't have to wait around to meet the service providers.
