STOVE/OVEN
Under & behind the unit itself
Burners & Surface, this includes the area below the burners. (Burners may have to be replaced for additional fee)
Oven & Broiler/Lower Storage Drawer. (Additional fees may apply if oven is extremely dirty and not self-cleaning)
Surface, this includes the front and sides of the unit.
Range hood cleaned inside and out
REFRIGERATOR
Under & behind, also dust and remove all lint from the evaporation coils located on the rear of the unit.
Surface, top, front, & sides.
Clean & sanitize Inside, the shelves and drawers.
COUNTERS & CABINETS
Inside cabinets and drawers
Outer surface and top of cabinets
Counter surface and tiles
Clean & sanitize sink

Clean heater register (grate).

Remove any spots or stains.
PLANT SHELVES
Dusted and washed
PAINT
Remove spots from walls
Remove all tacks or nails from walls and repair holes with spackling compound.
Touch-up paint must be supplied by Manager/owner: paint spackled areas.
OUTSIDE
Pickup trash and debris
Squirt off sidewalks, drive way and patio
Squirt out inside of garage
Additional Services can be requested for additional fees.
